AB	En Samla stierf en in zijn plaats regeerde Saul van Rehoboth aan de rivier.

WLC	וַיָּ֖מָת שַׂמְלָ֑ה וַיִּמְלֹ֣ךְ תַּחְתָּ֔יו שָׁא֖וּל מֵרְחֹבֹ֥ות הַנָּהָֽר׃
Trans.	wayyāmāṯ śaməlâ wayyiməlōḵə t^aḥətāyw šā’ûl mērəḥōḇwōṯ hannâār:

AC	מח וימת שמלה וימלך תחתיו שאול מרחבות הנהר
ASV	And Samlah died, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the River reigned in his stead.
BE	And at the death of Samlah, Shaul of Rehoboth by the river became king in his place,
Darby	And Samlah died; and Saul of Rehoboth on the river reigned in his stead.
